• Requests for technical support appointment must be made at least 1 day in advance.
• The service is limited to registered users only, and log-in is required.
• Technical support hours: weekdays 09:00-11:00, 13:00-16:45
• Service time may vary on the number of appointments, and approximately 15 minutes per call is allowed.
• Technical support service is limited to 1 session per customer per day. If the company name or address is already listed on the appointment, another appointment cannot be made even with a different phone number.
