Repair Service

Product replacement / Refurbished products

If the product is used under normal operating conditions and within the covered warranty period but cannot be repaired due to performance failures.

Not repairable

If the product fails warranty requirements or meets any of the conditions below:

  • The problem may reoccur after repair
  • The product or parts have been discontinued
  • The product cannot be used after disassembly

Important notice before requesting repair service

  • Autonics offers repair service for all products
  • In South Korea, contact the customer service center at 1588-2333, and select option 2
  • Please check the FAQ section for similar problems before requesting repairs
  • Please back up any product settings as they may be reset during repair
  • You can check the status of your repairs through [My Autonics > Repair Status] page

Requesting repair service

  • You can request repair service by visiting Autonics
    dealers or our customer service center

  • You can request repair service by mail-in
    (Prepaid shipping by customer)

  • Before mailing your product,
    please make sure to include the details of the
    problem and your contact information.

Repair service time

  • The repair service normally takes about 2 to 3 working days after receiving the product. If additional parts are required the service time may take up to 10 working days.
  • Repair may not be possible if damage to the product is too severe.
