Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR & General Affairs Team Manager to join our team at Autonics Vina. This role will involve overseeing a wide range of human resource functions and general affairs to support our growing organization and company. The HR & General Affairs Team Manager will work not only collaboratively with various departments to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure efficient HR practices but also manage all assets in the company.   • Conduct thorough job analyses to identify staffing needs within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and resignation plans.
  • Manage the personal evaluation and performance management processes.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure fair compensation and responsibilities.
  • Design and coordinate training programs to promote employee development.
  • Oversee salary management and benefits administration.
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on labor code changes and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage all assets (Office supplies, Cars, Documents, and so on) in the company.
 

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in English: An English CV is necessary.
